1 hour • $120+GST = $126 I provide individual, couples and family counselling. Treatment specialization includes: • Stress, depression, anxiety • Work issues and burnout • Relationship and couples counselling • Grief and loss counselling • Self-esteem and assertiveness • Spiritual life coaching • Life transition • Trauma and PTSD • Parenting support • Women's issues • Coping skills • Career counselling I have 20+ years experience supporting people with mental health concerns, stress, work related issues, relationships, grief and loss, spiritual growth and life transitions. I offer a professional, supportive, safe and confidential environment to help you with emotional, psychological, social and spiritual health. Using a variety of counselling techniques and approaches, I support each client with their individual needs to tap into your inner knowledge and resources to create a life and relationships are that good for you. Free 20-minute consultation Late Cancellation/ No Show Policy: We take late cancellations and no-shows very seriously. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you. If you cancel within less than 24-hours of the scheduled appointment, or if you do not show for the appointment, this time is now unavailable to be rescheduled for another client. If you do not show for the appointment and if you have not given a minimum of 24-hours notice, you will be expected to pay for the full session fee. If you are in a personal emergency situation (ie, hospitalization),the late fee may be waived. Please call the office so we can discuss. Please always give at least 24-hours notice.
