You’ve seen the motto - We’re all in this together - and, I have to say, those words have never been truer than now.  For this reason, I’ve created this Closed Facebook Group – CBT & Mindfulness Meditation for Anxiety & Stress – to bring people together.
In this closed group, you will learn how to quiet down your busy brain and change your thinking to manage stress and anxiety. You’ll receive support to learn and grow with like-minded people.

This is an educational / support group to help you decrease stress and manage anxiety symptoms using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Meditation practices.
We offer a safe and comfortable space for you to share and receive support. I will bring quality service to help you release tension and stress, so you can uncover your true s3lf.
Any fear-mongering, disrespectful language, or comments that disrupt the mojo of the group will be removed and you may be blocked from the group.
Spam and promotions are not permitted in the group and they will be removed.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance to building trust. You can talk to others about the content of the group, but do not share anyone's personal name or story outside of the group.
This group is not a substitute for counselling. However, what you learn in here could be a great support to your own personal counselling that you might be receiving elsewhere.
