Booking Your Appointment
FOR THERAPEUTIC COUNSELLING CLIENTS:
*If you're a new client, please print and fill out the Intake form available here OR come to your appointment 5 minutes early to fill out the Intake Form in the waiting room.

Late Cancellation/ No Show Policy
We take late cancellations and no-shows very seriously. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you. If you cancel within less than 24-hours of the scheduled appointment, or if you do not show for the appointment, this time is now unavailable to be rescheduled for another client. If you do not show for the appointment and if you have not given a minimum of 24-hours notice, you will be expected to pay for the full session fee. If you are in a personal emergency situation (ie, hospitalization), the late fee may be waived. Please call the office so we can discuss. Please always give at least 24-hours notice.
